Another RAK
Hello Peeps!
Well tomorrow we go to Boston to pick up Marc & Sarah from the airport & I can't wait to hear all about their trip & hope & pray for their safe return.
Also we are having some computer problems (my computer is running very slow & gets frozen a lot), I have tried everything short of throwing it out the window (don't you feel like that sometimes?) defragging, running virus scans everyday, looking for spy ware, etc. nothing I do helps for the long haul so we are bringing it in on Saturday to be evaluated & see what they have to say. I know a lot of people that this is happening to so I don't know what is going on. I may be without a computer for a day or maybe longer depending on what they find & what we have to do to make it better. So if you don't hear from me for awhile that is whats happening & I won't even be able to blog hop either & that is going to be tough, I need my blog hopping fix every day or else I can't function...hahaha!!! Well take care everyone & hopefully I will talk to you soon. Have a great weekend.
This gorgeous card came from my very talented friend Corie. Little did she know that this is one of my favorite SU Christmas stamps & I still don't have it in my collection...can you believe it. Well maybe before they retire it I will finally get it but right now there are way too many sets that I just gotta have NOW! Are you like that too, I'd like to know so please comment & let me know. Now Corie is one talented woman so head on over there and take a peek at her awesome cards & projects.

Happy Mail!
Hello Peeps!
Wow, I think we're having a heat wave...it's 39 degrees out there today! Update on Marc & Sarah...they finally have their luggage, so they are clean & smell much better now. I told them that the animals would be mistaking them for their mates soon if their scent got too strong, hahaha!!! Here is what he said on Thursday when he emailed me:
Just wanted to let you know that we received our baggage yesterday...finally!! We are now clean and comfortable and safe. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and our guide is incredible.
We were in the Ngorongoro crater today and saw rhinos, hippos, male and female lions, wildebeast, zebra, warthogs, buffalo and several others. It's been a great trip so far and we can't wait to share some photos with you all when we get home.
I'm so glad that they are enjoying this amazing honeymoon trip & they will have some amazing photos & stories to share with their children (hope that's not too long of a wait, hehehe!) Maybe I can teach Sarah how to do a scrapbook!
I received some happy mail this week from my friend Jana with a stamp set with my initials...how awesome is that? I luv it Jana & your Christmas card is so beautiful, the picture just does not do it justice! Thank you so much! Click on her name & go take a look at her blog, Jana is an amazing crafter & scrapbooker. I promise you won't be disappointed & I bet you will get lots of inspiration from her.
Thanks so much for visiting me today. Have a great weekend everyone!

Mr. Crabby Pants!!!
Hi peeps!
Well my son Marc & daughter-in-law Sarah left Saturday on their African Safari & will be gone for 2 weeks...nice!!! But with that come some downfalls, they don't have their luggage for a few days (they hope it's only a few days), they have only the clothes on their backs, tooth brushes, tooth paste & their Malaria meds but by the sound of her email they are moving through it. The first 2 nights they are staying in a resort with tree house rooms...I can't wait to see those pics, she showed me on the web & it looked awesome. All of the places that they will be staying at are resorts, I know who knew! I was thinking they were going to ruff it, its nothing like I first imagined it when they told me about their honeymoon plans. Their both adventurous ya see! They held off on the honeymoon so that they could be there for the animal migration season. Dan & I will be picking them up in Boston on the 22nd & I'm a little nervous about that since their flying in from Amsterdam. I'm sure everything will be fine. I know I still have not done a slide show on the wedding but I promise I will do that soon, I have some things to catch up on first, then I will do that. OK enough talk, lets go on to my card & project.
I had to make a birthday RAK for a friend so this is what I came up with, I also made lots of these Grocery List notebooks for some Christmas RAK's that I sent out recently. I was a bad girl & didn't get these out till after the fact, sorry peeps!
