Card Organizer Boxes

Happy hump day Peeps!

My good friend Curt had these awesome organization boxes on his blog, click HERE to check it out. I liked this idea so much that I decided to make a few for myself. The best part is that these are so easy & fast to make. I used my PC, added clip art images to my labels (Curt's idea & a good one too), attached them to the boxes & I was done in no time. I keep them on my desk so that I can see what cards are running low in my stash. Click HERE for the video & template by Sami. Thanks Curt & Sami for inspiring me with a great project.

Here are the ones I made last week.

Thanks for stopping by today, talk to you again soon!

Rainbow Cards

Good Monday mornin' Peeps!

Are you ready for the start of a whole new week...I am! So, lets get started shall we.

Today's cards are all using the MFT Rainbow die , I finally got to use it after purchasing it about a year ago. I made 7 rainbows (so watch for more rainbow cards) I have 3 of them for you today. Click HERE to see a real easy way to make a colorful rainbow using this die from MFT....your going to LOVE this idea, I promise. It's a little time consuming but well worth it. All of the dies I used today are from MFT.

I love the background paper, it adds a whimsical feel to this card.

Cut the rainbow off a little, glued it to the edge, added an embossed cloud & put a gold mat behind the main panel.

Inside - I outlined the edges with a black fine tip marker. I like how it gives it a different finished look, don't you?

Thanks for stopping by & I hope you have a great day!

Happy Birthday Marc!!!

Good mornin' Peeps!

As promised here is a great guy card you can use for family, friend or a contractor that you know for a special occassion. This digital image is a Mo Manning image & you can buy them from her web store, click HERE to take a look. While your there take a look at all of her images...I LOVE her images & I think you will too. I paired it up with the MFT Die-namics Tool Charms , it was perfect for this image. I love MFT dies, heck, I love alot of die companies, don't you? I LOVE how this card turned out & Marc did too!

This is a blank card. I decided I need to make some blank cards for my stash & add the sentiments to the front & the inside when I need a certain card. It's easy enough to do when your pressed for time.

Happy stamping everyone!

Happy hump day Peeps!!!

Well we woke up to snow this morning...looks soooo pretty when it's falling but when it stops I'm over it & just want it to melt. BRING on the Spring & Summer!!! I don't know, the older I get the more I hate being in the cold. I wish we could afford 2 homes, one for the summer & one in a warm part of the country for the winters....I think we need to win the lottery! Ok, on to my cards.

I saw this cute card design on "Paper Crafter's Library" & decided to use up some of my scraps & make a few. If you have lots of scraps (who doesn't) this is a fantastic design for them. It's very fast & easy to make. Here are the ones I made Monday. Hope you like them.

Thanks for joining me today, leave a message & let me know what you think. Have a good day everyone!

Happy Mail

Good mornin' Peeps!

OMGosh, I got the biggest surprise last week from my good friend Linda in Hawaii, she sent me a package & when I opened it, guess what was inside...a tin of Honolulu Cookies! Once I picked myself up from the floor I went to my PC to send her an email, I was soooo excited & happy. Thanks so much Linda, you made my day & put a HUGE smile on my face. I really hope that one day soon we can connect in Vegas when we are both there at the same time, so sorry we are going to miss each other next month by 2 weeks but maybe in October we can connect....you have plenty of time to make plans for that one, hahaha!!!
Thanks again for the Happy mail & Dan said to say Thanks too!

Sorry I don't have a card for you today but hopefully I will have one for tomorrow. The card that I have on hold I can't post till my son's birthday on Saturday. I'm going upstairs to do a little stamping later so come back tomorrow for a clean & simple card.

Pictures of my cutie patootie below. Hope to see her this weekend!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day everyone!

I made this little favor bag for a friend of ours in November & I put some of my favorite cookies inside for the both of them...yep, you guessed it..."Honolulu Cookies"! I finally got to use this cute digital image from Saturated Canary called Ani (Love her), click on the name to take you to the website. I Love all of Krista's images & she now has some in stamp form as well as digital. I need to start getting some of her stamps soon. She was perfect for this project along with a few stamps I picked up while I was in Maui!

Well thats it for today peeps! Thanks for visiting me...come back soon!

Thanksgiving Favors

Hello everyone!

Today I am sharing the favors I made for Thanksgiving, I have to keep up the tradition because everyone loves to get whatever surprise I put inside (they also like having a place card or something with their names on them as well)...some sweet yummy for their tummies, hahaha!!!

Come back tomorrow for a little touch of Hawaii! Wish I was still there, where it's nice & warm instead of this bitter cold. It's warming up for the next few days here, supposed to be in the 40's & low 50's...that is so much better than the teens. Have a great day!

Thank You Cards

Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. It's really cold here but Wednesday it's going to start warming up for a couple of days, temp will be around 46 to 50 degrees, yeah!!!

I have some Thank you cards that I made in October. Don't know if you will be able to see the shimmer mist that I sprayed on them but they are really sparkly...click on the picture to make it larger & then you might just see it. It's hard to get it to show up when I take the pictures but they are really pretty in person.

Thanks for stopping by & spending a little part of your day with me. Have a great day & I'll see you again tomorrow.

Christmas Gift Card Holders

Hello peeps!

Here are the last of the Christmas projects I made for the holidays. I do have a few items that I made which have not been posted yet so come back next week for those.

Have a great weekend & thanks for dropping by!

Note: Someone asked if I put lipstick on & then kissed the cover to these cards...that made me laugh!!! No I did not. It's a stamp from SU, I think it's retired but I'm not sure.
