Well Spring is here & the flowers will start blooming soon but I thought I would plant one of my own flowers right here on my blog for all of you to see how pretty it is & to give you a little bit of Spring Fever! I got inspired by seeing Elena's card the other day & knew I wanted to make one of these beautiful cards! You can find the template for this flower at Mirkwood Designs, it's called a Hexagon Petal Card & it's so much fun to make & so cute in real life. I used one of the images from the Lily & Billy stamp set that I won on Jen's blog. You can see a picture of that set in yesterday's post. I love this stamp set & it's perfect for little girl cards & this one was made for Sarah's niece in Virginia!
I ordered some little boy stamps from High Hopes Feb. 26th & I'm still waiting to get them, they said that they got bombarded with orders & don't have enough help & also they don't have stock on hand. They make their stamps as they get orders so that now they are so behind & said that they hope to get Feb. orders in the mail last week...but nothing yet! I'm starting to run out of patience here, I know that Canada's mail is slow too, so I'm giving them one more week before I email her again. Has anyone else had problems with this company? I'm a patient person but this is getting ridiculous, it's been almost 5 weeks & I don't even know if it's been mailed yet because I haven't gotten an email saying that it has been shipped. Sorry but I just had to vent today.
Have a great day & thanks for stopping by today!
