Good morning peeps!

Hope you all had a great weekend. I had a fabulous weekend, I got to spend a little time with both my kids this weekend, Marc & Sarah on Saturday & Jessica & Steve on Sunday...wow that's fantastic for me & Dan, any time we get to spend with the kids is a gift for us because they are all so busy.

Deanna is an awesome crafter & you all need to take a look at her blog & see for yourself! I have known Deanna for almost 2 years now (I can't believe it!) & as she pointed out to me I was the winner of her first blog candy & the rest is history & a wonderful friendship blossomed.

Hi Everyone!

Yes I’m still alive, just took some time to recharge & relax after the holidays. My craft room is a mess & I don’t even want to go in there right now. You all know how that is after the rush to get things done for the holidays & the mess you create in your rooms. I need to really organize my whole craft room; I have so much new stuff that I don’t even know what I have anymore, hehehe!!! My plan is to create a binder index by company with every stamp that I own & then also create a sentiment book so that I know what I have, I hope to get that all done in a few months, I will do it step by step a little at a time. I also have Gina K’s new stamp storage binders to organize all my unmounted stamp sets…what a GREAT system, I love it!!! That is taking some time also. I did manage to make a card yesterday because I needed a Sympathy card fast for a friend who lost her mother recently. I also need to make my son’s birthday cards so I hope to just clean up a little so that I can do that later today.

New Award!

Hi everyone!

This is a quick post today, I need to finish my son's military book & take pictures. This was the very first scrapbook that started it all for me in 2004! He got out of the military last year & I needed to add 6 more pages with the last 2 years of his military career.

Well my daughter Jessica's veil FINALLY MATCHED her wedding gown...yippee!!! This color light ivory is the new color that is coming out & is not available for 12 weeks, but we had one FANTASTIC sales lady that helped us months ago with dresses & went back to buy that veil that Jessica just had to have & did not match her dress with the 2 colors (Ivory & then the White)that they had to offer. Patti (our saleslady) looked on the computer for a veil somewhere & she found the only one in the entire country in Burbank California & they were willing to part with it & send it to us! Wow, Jessica is one lucky girl! So that is finally over & we're all happy!
