Miss Lizzy is Back!

Hi peeps!

Just a quick post today hubby & I need to get some shopping done & I need to get ready. Here's Miss Lizzy, it's been awhile since I've inked her up & she was perfect for a card I needed for a little girl. I decided to do a pink color combo & wanted to make it bright so I used all PTI card stock for this one. I just love this image because I can make her bold or soft & sometimes give her some attitude with the colors I use for clothes...isn't she so cute! I luv her!!!

Well next week I will be posting some candy to help celebrate my up coming birthday so watch for that on Monday! I need to take a picture of it first & maybe the sun will come out this weekend long enough to take a picture. Take care & thanks for stopping by today!

Hello everyone!

This is one of my most favorite stamps in my collection. I fell in love with this stamp when my friend Jen sent me an image of this fine ladybug (I first thought it was a turtle, dah!). This fabulous friend of mine decided to give me my very own stamp of Miss Lizzy for my birthday & I am forever grateful to her...thank you so much Jen!!! When that package arrived & I saw this stamp I went BONKERS!!! So you will be seeing a lot of Miss Lizzy in the future so brace yourself people! Hehehe!!! She is one modern ladybug & has a very colorful wardrobe in her closet, she likes to mix strange colors together to show off her crazy funky style...she is a stylin' bug that sets the pace for all the other stylin' lady bugs, but she outshines them all...don't ya think? Tri Fold Surprise Card

Hello Ladies!

I worked on this card late last night & love how this card turned out. I so love this cute little sassy turtle (I received this image from Jen), this turtle has a personality of her own...she's sooooo darn cute!!! I have to ask Jen where I can get one of these turtle stamps! Any who, on to my card. This Tri Fold card I cased from Dawn, she has the best tutorials & when I saw this card I knew I had to make one. This card was so easy to make after watching Dawn's video again & I had so much fun making it! Thanks Dawn for all the great knowledge you bring to all of us girls here in blogland! I added the Surprise to my card because the inside sentiment suspends from the elastic cord & when you open the card you really don't expect to see that, so I thought hmmmmm...let me add surprise to my card title! What do ya think? Well I gotta go do some things & hopefully I will have another card for you tomorrow. Until then, have a great day & thanks for stopping by!
