Bella Bridal Party

Good morning Peeps!

I had to make a few cards to sell at the salon where Jessica works, they were running low on certain categories. Today I have Bridal shower cards, I made 5 cards, Bella Bridal Party seems to be a big hit so I decided to make them in different colors.

Have a great weekend...happy stampin' peeps!

Here are the last of the Father's Day cards. I will have a really cute project to share with you on Monday & a picture of Dan's face when he sees it!

Have a great Father's Day weekend & treat your dads & husbands like a king on his special day.

Happy Valentine's Day

Good mornin' Peeps!

I'm so happy today, I'm going to my favorite stamp store this afternoon...Bella Art! I need a cruise ship stamp & she has one put aside for me, I just hope I can limit my spending, I guess I have to because I don't have much to spend today, :o(
Jessica is going on the New Kids on the Block cruise (she's been a huge fan since she was like 7, whenever they first started) & she wants me to make all her blockhead friends post-it note holders with pens. They won't have cellphone service so whenever they want to meet up they will leave notes on each others cabin doors to let them know where they will be. Good thinking Jess! She's so excited to be going on this cruise that it's all she talks about, she's sooooo obsessed about it, she makes me laugh. She knows just how many days & hours are left before she leaves, lol!!! Donnie....here she comes!!! Steve is so great & totally supports her obsession, she's one lucky girl. Wish I could have just gone to one concert when the Beatles were around, they were my obsession back in the day, lol!

Here's today's card, a cute side fold card that I cased from none other than Dawn. Click HERE to see her video tutorial.

Thanks so much for stopping by & visiting, I sure do appreciate it! Happy stamping!

I did one with red & white glitter hearts & luv that look too!

Christmas Cards 2011 Part 1

Hi Peeps!

Sorry I haven't been around for awhile but oh my, I have been soooo darn busy. I've been out & about so much & this week is crunch time for me. I needed to get going on my Christmas cards & get them in the mail this week or I was going to be dead meat. I also got all my gift wrapping done too this week...so now I NEED to get my house cleaned by Saturday morning, so everything can be nice & fresh smelling! I have a few cards to share with you today & then more tomorrow before I take a blogging break for a few days. I hope you enjoy today's post & I will see you again tomorrow!

I just LOVE these Elf Shoes....their just too stinkin' cute!!! I've been seeing so many of these around the blogs lately & just had to get on the bandwagon & make some! I found a video tutorial by Frenchie here and here. Oh my gosh...once you start you want to make a bunch & that's what I did & they are so easy to make & sooooo much fun too!!!

Love the color & design of this card. This idea is from Renee, she is such a gifted crafter with so many beautiful cards for inspiration...go on over there & take a look for yourself!

I really love the sparkle on this one...similar to the one below but with a little more detail. I cased these 2 cards completely from Dawn Olchefske...she's another amazing crafter.

Clean & simple - It's crunch time for me & I need some clean & simple cards to get into the mail ASAP...I just mailed the last of my Christmas cards out yesterday, whew...I've never been this late EVER! Sure glad that task is over with. I love how this one turned out.

Thanks for dropping by...have a great day!

Sea You!

Good mornin' Peeps!

Hope you all had a great weekend. I'm feeling so much better today, almost back to normal after my fall, still just a little sore but nothing compared to Saturday.

A lot of people got a lot of snow from that storm we had this weekend, my nephew in Southern New Hampshire got about 24 inches & they have no power, but at least they have a generator. They may not get power for a few days. I have never seen it snow before Halloween & I sure hope that doesn't mean that we are in for a really bad winter. We only got about an inch here in Southern Massachusetts & it melted after a few hours in the sun.

Well here is the last of the birthday cards (for now). What child would not love to get one of these cards? The stamps are from Snag'em Stamps by Imaginisce (clear $1.50 or $2. stamps from Michael's) & the wave die is from MFT called "Die-namics Catch a Wave" (love this die), I also used the SU scallop punch, nesties, an embossing folder & SU modern label punch. I had some awesome paper in my stash that looked like water waves (to me anyway) from Creative Memories & combined that with other DP to create both of these cards.

Happy stamping & I hope you all have a great day!

I love how this card turned out!

Anyone for Golf???

Good morning peeps!!!

Well I finally brought the card rack to the salon last night, now lets hope I can sell them.

I will be posting birthday cards for next week or two, so come back & take a peak. Today's card is golfing Bella & I love this design, I think it came out great...let me know what you think!

Well Dan & I spent Sunday with Marc & Sarah at their newly installed pool & it is gorgeous! Dan & I LOVE the hot tub...wow that was sooooo relaxing! It was in the 80's for Columbus Day weekend...the last hurrah for the pool I guess. You know where I'll be next summer...spending a day or two every week relaxing poolside at their house, lol!!!

Well that's it for today...thanks so much for dropping by. Happy stamping!

Here are 3 pictures of the card rack (couldn't decide which pic was the good one, so I put up all 3) I brought to the salon where Jessica works. I put 80 cards in it, I think that's enough & I will restock every month or so, depends on how they sell. I need to get to work & make more so I can have a big stockpile on hand.

Elegant Bridal Shower Card

Hi peeps!

Thank you all for your emails asking if we were all right & if we survived Irene...yes we did, but we have NO power & won't have it back for a few days or maybe even longer. Time will tell, we are at my son's house in Rhode Island, they have power here. I will be spending a day or two here & hope that our power will return by Wednesday...we can only hope! Dan might be going home tonight if he has to work tomorrow but I will be staying here. Irene turned into a tropical storm for us but the wind gusts were really bad, no trees down on our property, just lots of leaves & tree branches to clean up when we get home. Some areas did not fare well & had a lot of damage, so we were very fortunate.

Today's card is the last of the bridal shower cards & this one is my favorite! I love how it turned out. This is the Hanna bridal stamp set which is no longer available. She is such a beautiful & elegant bride, she's my favorite bridal stamp & I love using the full bride image on the inside of these cards. I changed it up a bit by using crystals on one card & pearls on the other one, I also changed the hair color on each bride. Hope you enjoy these.

Coming up next will be masculine cards, if you need some inspiration stop by, you won't be sorry...I promise!

Have a great day & thanks for stopping by! I luv you guys!

Wedding Gown Bridal Shower Cards

Happy hump day peeps!

Today I have batch #2 of bridal shower cards. I did one in pink & 1 in blue. I did the double embossing on this card design, used the dots embossing folder & an oval nestie die to get the look, (I couldn't remember how to do it so after 2 tries & failing...I decided I need to find that tutorial again) as they say 3rd times a charm & it all worked out in the end. ;0)

Well as you all might have heard by now we had an earthquake here on the east coast but as usual I didn't feel it. My friend Sandi & I (hi Sandi, I had a great time with my BFF) were in route from TGIFriday's after a great lunch, heading back to my house when it hit...so we were on the move & didn't feel a thing. As soon as I walked in the house, Dan called to ask if we felt it. He didn't feel it either, he said the girls in the upstairs offices felt it but no one downstairs did. I guess it was pretty scary for some people, I've never experienced it, I seem to miss out on all the excitement...story of my life. The joke going around here is that the founding fathers decided to ALL roll over in their graves at the same time to let Washington know that they are making a mess of this country & they are NOT amused, so they wanted to wake all the politicians up & knock some sense into them. Well all kidding aside, maybe it was a good thing that I didn't feel it 'cause I might have freaked out, I don't know what I would have done.

Enjoy your day & thanks for stopping by!
