Happy Birthday Sweetie!!!

Happy birthday Dan!!! It's my hubby's birthday today & here is the card I made him. I gave it to him last night since I was going to be out most of the day today & he loved it. I am pre-posting this because I'm out shopping & spending HIS money today. I love you sweetie, you are the BEST!

I hope to get most of my Christmas shopping done today...well we will see about that. I can only hope, right??? How about you, did you get up early to go shopping today???

Sorry for the crappy pix (yet again) I think I'm getting more crappy pix than good ones lately, it's really becoming a chore to get a good picture. Oh well maybe next time the camera will co-operate.

Craft Fair Saturday 9 to 5 at St. Bernard Church, Assonet, Ma., I hope I see you there! Have a great day & don't spend all your money in one place, hehehe!!!

Gift for the Church Raffle & Happy Thanksgiving!

Good morning everyone!

Are you all cooking? Yep, turkey's in the oven & table is almost set. Just taking a little break before I finish & then I'll get myself ready.

Here is a box I made for the church raffle for the craft fair. I bought some Bath & Body shower gel, lotion & spray mist & also put in a post-it note holder with pen inside. Wrapped it with a bow & butterfly & it looks so pretty...I love it!

Well Jessica & I will be off early tomorrow morning for our traditional Black Friday shopping spree, I luv spending this day with her...we have a blast & we also go out to eat before either finishing up or heading home to take a much needed nap. I'll be getting up early again on Saturday for the craft fair. Hope I get to see you there!

Eat plenty of turkey today & have a great time with your families, enjoy!

Candy Bags

Good morning peeps!

Today's project is candy bag holders, I hope you like it. This was a last minute project & I only made a few of these so that I could get rid of the rest of the candy kisses.

Just a reminder for all the local folks. The Christmas Fair will be held this Saturday Nov. 27th at St. Bernard Church, 30 South Main St., Assonet, MA. from 9 AM to 5 PM. I hope you can make it & drop by my table to say Hi & give me some moral support...I'm going to need it. Hubby is coming to help me out (he's the best) so we hope to see you there.

Have a great day & as always thank you so much for dropping by. I am so thankful for all of you who come by to visit & to those of you who leave comments, I luv reading them.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Tooth Fairy Tins

Hi peeps!

Today's project features the "Tooth Fairy" stamp from SU. I made a tin for kids to place teeth in & tuck under their pillow for the tooth fairy. I found this poem somewhere on a blog but again (it must have been the same day I did a lot of blog surfing) I forgot to get the name & link of the blog (I hate when I do that), I usually put a picture into a folder on my PC with the link & name for future reference & in my haste totally forgot that day, my apologies. I put glitter on the wings, I luv it...it's so darn cute!

Well I'm off to clean windows & put up curtains today. Have a great day!

As always, thanks for stopping by!

M&M Christmas Poem

Happy Wednesday Peeps!

It's raining here in New England...at least it's NOT snow! I feel a cold coming on, woke up at 5 AM today with a sore throat, feeling lousy & I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon but I think I'm going to reschedule that one.

Anyway on to today's project. I tried my best to get a good picture (you would not believe how many pix I took & this was the best one) my camera was really giving me a hard time with this project, no matter what setting I put it on it just was not co-operating, so sorry for the bad pix but I tried, I spent way too much time on it & finally gave up. I found this somewhere on the internet, there was a picture of this on a craft fair table on someones blog, I wish I could remember who's blog but in my surfing haste I forgot to get the name...so if it's yours please let me know so that I can link back to you & give you the credit. I made the picture bigger & got the poem, then I found the small manger on clip art & made that smaller so I could punch it out with a small circle punch. I just loved this idea & what a great poem to read to a young child & since the craft fair is at our church I thought that this would be perfect. Hope you like it. Here is what the poem says:

As you hold these candies in your hand,
and turn them, you will see…
The M becomes a W, an E and a 3.
They tell the Christmas story; it’s one I’m sure you know.
It took place in a stable a long, long time ago.
The E is for the East, where the star shone so bright.
The M is for the Manger, where Baby Jesus slept that night.
The 3 is for the Wise Men, who came bearing gifts.
The W is for Worship, Hallelujah, praise His name!
So as you eat these candies,
or share them with your friends,
remember the meaning of Christmas.
It’s a love story that never ends.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Magic Reindeer Food

Good mornin' Peeps!

Well I hope you all had a fabulous weekend...mine was uneventful. I got a lot of crafting done but my mind was going in all different directions, hehehe!!! I would go into my filing drawer to get some cardstock (CS) & decided to mark all the retired CS in the drawer, then I decided to take all the retired SU ink pads & put them somewhere else. Finally I made a few candy bags & brought them downstairs to take pics (which I haven't done yet) & my mind decided to go to my computer file with the labels for my filing system & take out all the retired names & put in the names for all the In-colors for last year & this year (because I haven't put them in folders yet in my filing cabinet...boy I'm just crazy this weekend. I finally got back on track late Sunday afternoon & made more candy bags (you'll see those another day).

Anyway, here are the magic reindeer food I made for the craft fair, I made a lot of these so I hope they sell. Hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by, I sure love hearing all your comments. Take care.

Have a great day!

Post it Note Holders

Hi Peeps!

Today I have a few of the post it note holders that I made for the craft fair, I made 40 of these in all different styles & designs. I'm only going to show you a few of them or else we could be here all week & I don't have the time to take pics & edit them all...so I'm showing a few today & a few tomorrow, then I'll move on to something else.

I have my very best friend Sandi coming over tomorrow & we get to spend most of the day together, yippee!!! I luv it when she comes over to play. I have some cleaning to do today (been neglecting that lately) & then a little stamping I hope. If I think of it I'll try to take a few pictures of us playing but you'll have to excuse the messy craft room & I mean really messy because of all the crafting I've been doing & I really won't have time to clean it till after the craft fair but at least I know where MOST of my stuff is or maybe not, hahaha!!! Talk to you soon.

Hawaiian Style...my friend Joy gave me these cute adorable images & I thought they would be great on a few of my post it note holders for the craft fair & I was soooo right! I luv how they came out, Thanks Joy!

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Candy Cane Mouse

Good mornin' Peeps!

Short post today, I need to get ready to go out & run a few errands & then pick up Jessica & Steve at the airport. Their vacation is all over & it's back to reality after a week of soaking up the sun & relaxing!

Here's a cute gift idea to give to the little ones or Big ones too if you like (we're all kids at heart) for the holidays. I made these for the craft fair...aren't they so darn cute! Got the idea & tutorial from Dawn.

Gotta go, thanks for dropping by today!

Have a great day!
