My Pink Rose!

Hi everyone!

Hope you all had a great Easter, mine was fabulous! Went to Newport to my son's house, we had a brunch & had lots of food that we each made & of course ate way too much! We ended up walking on Cliff walk to walk it all off & had a blast, I will share some photos on Wednesday, it was cold but sunny.

Okay, on to my card. I am going to dinner with 3 fabulous ladies who share my birthday (& some of the ladies I used to work with in Newport as well) & I wanted to make them a card & a gift as well. I think there will be 10 or 12 of us going to dinner tomorrow. We usually try to get together at least twice a year if we're lucky, so it will be fun! The first card I made is for Diane S. & I just love how this card turned out! I got the idea for the 3D rose from Julie Buhler, thanks Julie for your inspiration! I luv Pink roses so I thought a pink rose would be beautiful for Diane's card, I hope she likes it! I also filled a pillow box with M&M's, Diane luvs those & I also made her a post-it holder which I will show you later on this week. So one down & 2 more to go, I will show you the other two birthday cards & gifts later on this week.

Have a great evening & thanks for stopping by my blog today!
