Hello Peeps!

I know, I know it has been a while since I've posted but I was feeling down & just needed to get over the raging hormone thingy...please forgive me. I'm back & I have some great Halloween candy boxes to share with you this week. I have been making some of these adorable funny Top Note candy boxes for Halloween. I found these through Diane Gibson who had the link to Tammy's blog for the tutorials of all her fabulous characters...go take a look I promise you will not be disappointed. These boxes are addictive & you will want to make them all!!! I plan on making some for Thanksgiving to put on the table with candy as a favor & then the Christmas characters are so darn cute...can you tell I'm addicted to these, well you will see lots of these coming up for the holidays I promise!

On another note I am going to meet my friend Tammi tonight to get the CD of all the pictures she took at the wedding so look out for a slide show with the wedding pics soon. Thanks for stopping by today & have a great day!

Wedding Program Folders

Good morning everyone!

Well here is the wedding folder...didn't it come out AWESOME, I love it!!! There are plenty of layers on this baby & each folder has 14 pearls that's 1288 pearls that I had to put on these beauties but it was well worth it in the end. At least they were self sticking ones so it wasn't too bad. I got the pearls from Sally's cards & things & they are beautiful, plus she was the cheapest & I got great customer service...thanks so much Sally for all your help! I also want to thank Bella Art for all their help in getting me the Gold CS & ribbon, your store is fabulous, I will surely be back for lots more...I love your store!

I used gold metallic paste for the edges of the main image with Marc & Sarah's name on it, I used my pinkie to apply the paste. I used the CB dot folder for one layer & the Mega curved nestie to emboss on another layer, then used the Labels Four nestie to cut & emboss the main image. The MS lace border punch was used for the inside pocket. Card stocks are PTI Vintage Cream CS, the SU Very Vanilla CS for all printed items (easier on the printer), they are so close in color that you can't tell the difference, I also used PTI Smokey Shadow to mat the poem & the Wedding party list of names section. I don't know who makes the gold CS but I got that from Bella Art, the ribbon is by May Arts (I got that at Bella Art also), the designer swirl paper is from Making Memories wedding collection.

Well that's all I have for ya for awhile! I hope to get back to normal & create sometime next week. I may take a short break from creating so I can clean my stamp room & get my Fall cleaning started. My house is a mess because all my energy went into making wedding stuff so now its time to clean but I'll be back to creating in no time!

Thanks for stopping by & have a fabulous holiday weekend!

Wedding Favors

Hi everyone!

Today's post is the wedding favors. I'm off to get my manicure & pedicure, then later the last day for tanning. Dan & I are going to the golf course with Marc on Friday morning so he can help us with how to hit the ball so we don't look like complete fools...hahaha!!! Isn't he great to help us, I have never played golf before & I'm on Sarah's moms team. Dan has played maybe 3 or 4 times in his younger days but never took up the sport. Each team will have good players & some not so good players (I think I might be the only one who has NEVER played before)...this should be fun! I have to get Jessica to take pictures since she will be there but is not playing (CHICKEN!).

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Name of guests & their table assignments

You can't see the ribbon behind the name tag. I used Kraft CS as a belly band then put ribbon on top of that, then used Sage Green cs for the scallop & Very Vanilla for the oval name tag & put a seashell button on each tag. The favor is a starfish wine stopper. Goes with the beach theme since their getting married on the beach.

Bridesmaid Cards

Hi Peeps!

Thought I would post another quick one today before going out to show you the 4 cards I made for 4 of the bridesmaid's. Sarah called Sunday & wanted me to make something for her thank you note she typed up & right away I thought of the bridesmaid images I had & suggested a card instead of a tag, so here are the cards I made for her & they came out so pretty. Their dresses are a light blue with a brown sash ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

This card is for 3 of the Bridesmaids. I thought that the Bridesmaid from the Hanna Bride stamp set was perfect & more grown up for them.

Card for Sarah's 16 year old niece. I thought that the Bella Bridesmaid would be perfect for her.

Wedding Card #2

Good morning everyone!

Short post again today, I need to get ready to go to Jessica's salon to get my hair done today & then go tanning later this afternoon. I am glad to say that everything I had to make for the wedding is finally over & I can relax. I'm so excited & can't wait for this weekend's activities.

Thank you so much for sharing part of your day with me today, I truly appreciate it! Have a great day & have fun stamping!

Wedding Card #1

Hello everyone!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I can't believe the wedding is this weekend, wow time went by so fast didn't it? I've set up this post in advance, it's really late Sunday evening but I will be out for most of the day & maybe the evening as well & I wanted to get a few posts in this week so I figured I would use the pre- scheduled tool for today's post.

Here is the card I made for Marc & Sarah, I love how it came out & I love those Fancy tags by Spellbinders, there so beautiful! This stamp is by Whiff of Joy - their wedding collection. As soon as they came out with this line a few months ago I knew I had to get a few for the wedding & they also had a pregnant girl & I also got one with her holding the baby (I'm thinking of the future already, hehehe!!!)...their so beautiful! I will have another wedding card for you tomorrow, it's the one I made for Jessica to give to Marc & Sarah.

Ok, I'm off to bed, I have lots to do tomorrow. Have a great day & thanks so much for visiting me today I really appreciate your visits & your comments. Talk to you soon!

Our Wedding card to Marc & Sarah. I wrote their names on the bottom of the buggy near the heart.

Used Clear Copic Spica Glitter pen for the veil, it was hard trying to get the sparkle to show in the picture.

Close up of the Fancy Tag sentiment...I love these Spellbinders Fancy Tags!

Little Cutie Pie!

Hi peeps!

Thought I'd stop in with a quick post. Jessica called me the other day & asked me to make a birthday card for a one year old girl & if I could make it right away so of course I said yes but it would have to be a simple one. So I went upstairs & went to work...here is what I came up with, sorry I didn't write down the supplies I used so I went by memory while looking at the card I was posting. Then Sarah called & asked if I would make her cards for 4 of her bridesmaids & she sent me the sentiment she wanted to put inside. I'm almost done with those, all I have left to do is color the images & I'll bring that to her sometime this week. I have lots of errands to do this week so I'll be in & out of the house all week but I hope to at least post a few more times before the wedding. I can't believe it's almost here...this year went by sooooo fast!

Have a great day & thanks for stopping by today!

CS is PTI except pink CS is SU, birthday numbers CB folder, Nesties, SU scallop punch, SU Pixie Pink ink, Flower crystals, Copics for skin tone, some SU markers for flowers in her hair & Prisma pencils & OMS.
