Well here is the final part of my gift to Caroline, the two folder samples to put the restaurant menus for the New home owners package. I just love the one with the chef...nice & cheery! Inside has a pocket one on each side to hold the menus, nothing fancy right now but I will put some sort of embellishments on them if she decides to go with one of these or she may want to keep it plain inside.
It has been raining & cool & depressing here weather wise all weekend & into the week, 5 days & counting...I hope it clears up soon. My favorite season is coming, I LOVE the Fall! Everything feels so crisp & cool, the temperatures are more to my liking & I love seeing the burst of color! Mother Nature is at her best & New England is gorgeous in her blanket of brilliant & vibrant hues of golden & flaming colors! I won't be able to take pictures of my baby project until the sun comes out, so that project & post may be a little delayed, so I'll see you then.
I hope to get to some of your blogs & post a few comments in the meantime.

OMGosh...love both of them. The larger folder could also hold welcome stuff... Like where to get your license renewed, important phone number list. Lists of churches in the area. Tons of stuff could go in there to make the new homeowner feel so welcome to the neighborhood. Our realeastate agent did something like this 22 years ago when we bought our house..not near as beautiful as yours but it was such a pleasant surprise and so nice of her. She even gave us a gift card to the local nursery as she knew I wanted to plant new shrubs in front of the house. What a fabulous idea. Your work is always so amazing. You come up with the neatest things.
