What a fantastic day it is out there, nice and sunny! I was feeling a little down yesterday (menopause) but the sun is lifting my spirits today! Here is another Christmas card from the 5 make & take on Friday, one more to go. I will post tomorrow, then will have to get going & make some cards & scrapbook pages. I love this card! I finally got to emboss something, now I know how to do it this way. She had us stamp with versamark, then put gold embossing powder on it & heat. I was doing it wrong, I'll tell you what I did if you promise not to laugh! heehee! I stamped my image then colored with marker then put quickie glue on the part that I wanted to sparkle or shine, then put iridescent embossing powder on it & heated, didn't come out too bad, but sometimes you could see the dried glue up close...is that another way to emboss?
