I've Been Tagged!

Hi everyone!

Well it's the beginning of the weekend & it looks like it is going to be a great one weather wise! Get out there & enjoy! After therapy yesterday I went over to AC Moore & Michael's to use my coupons & spent about an hour in each store just looking around & figuring out what I wanted to buy with my coupons & the money I had with me. I did really good & have $5. to spare. I finally found the right color brown marker that I want to use for my wishing well, so I hope to work on that card this weekend & maybe do a few more pages of my scrapbook. I'm also making a bunch of bookmarks (smaller than the one I made before, check out Roxy's tutorial) for our scrapfest next month. I wanted to give the girls a little something from me. I will be teaching them how to make the 2,5,7,10 bags as a favor to my CM consultant Tammi & in return I get to stay & scrap for the day. I call that a GREAT swap!
Sorry I have no cards or scrapbook pages today for you, I was a little busy. Did anyone see Survivor last night? I'm a big fan, I just love that show.

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? Almost! My father wanted to name 1 of his girls Carmen (my parents had 6 girls, 1 boy & I'm the baby) for if you remember the woman with the high heavy hat of fruit. So I could have been called Carmen Miranda (remember her? I do a little). Miranda is my maiden name. I’m so glad he never got his way.

5. DO YOU HAVE KIDS? Yes – 2, a son & a daughter

12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? Physically, not so much any more, I’m getting a little old now. Emotionally, everything seems to bother me now. (I think that’s menopause, raging hormones). I can cry for no apparent reason & that bothers & embarrasses me.

I just saw this on a thread over at SCS. I was at Michael's yesterday & they did not have this yet where I am. These are the new $1 stamps at Michael's. Has anyone seen these yet at the Michael's near you? I can't wait for them to come so that I can get a few, they look awesome!
