I'm just so glad it's not heavy SNOW today but it's coming & so far they say it's not going to add up to much, just a little dusting. Cosmo Bella

Hello Peeps!

Today's cards are using a sketch I found on Gina K's StampTV a few weeks ago click Here to take a look. It's been awhile since I made a Bella card & you all know I LOVE my Bella stamps...wish I had more of them. I want the Camera Bella & the Dentist, Doctor, Exercise Bella's, Wall street Fella, etc, etc, etc! You get the picture, right? Can we EVER have enough stamps REALLY??? NOT!!! Well since I needed to add birthday cards to my stash I decided to make a few Bella cards & so I used this sketch. Sorry for the blurry pics but no matter how many pics I take (and I DO take a lot for this reason) they still come out blurry...it's my camera. It's a hit or miss thing now no matter how much I try or how many pics I take, the camera doesn't always want to co-operate with me. I need to save my money for a new one or hope someone will get me one for my birthday hint, hint ;o), well maybe by next Christmas!

Oh how I wish I was 30 again...don't you???

Or maybe 40? Hello Peeps!

Well just when we started to see a little bit of grass peeking through all that melting snow...Mother Nature decided we needed more snow, grrrrrr!!! I think we are only going to get about 3 or 4 inches here in the southern part of Massachusetts but it's also going to get very cold in the next few days. Where is Spring? We got teased last week with temps in the 60's & boy did it feel good but now its back to cold & snow.

Well today's card is for my daughter's BFF Sarah who just turned 30 on Valentine's Day...Happy Birthday Sarah!!! I made her an easel card...I love the colors & DP (Basic Grey). I also paper pieced Bella's clothes to match. I hope she liked it.

Hello Peeps!

I had a few requests to link my Bumble Bee cards so they could take a look. They are on my blog & are from 2009 but I did get the links for you, here they are: Spring Card June 2009, Just Buzzin'By...February 2009 & Just Buzzin' By...January 2009, hope that helps you guys.

Today I have more birthday cards with the same card design as yesterday but different colors. I used PTI Hawaiian Shores, PTI Aqua Mist & SU Pear Pizzazz. Tomorrow I will have the last of this design using other colors.

I'm working on my last birthday card today for my stash & then I will start on organizing my craft room. I know...I've been procrastinating! That's because I know once I start I will be going through the whole room...including washing the window & cleaning out the closet & it will take me forever, there's sooooo much I want to do but don't have the money to do what I really want so I need to get creative & do a little at a time. The next thing I need to buy (once I save my pennies) is a filing cabinet, I want the metal 4 or 5 drawer one & boy are they expensive & really not heavy duty either...oh well, a little at a time. I'm not a patient person, if I have an idea in my head I have to have it NOW. Are you like that too? I'd like to hear about it so I won't feel like I'm the only one & so that I can tell hubby...see, it's not just me! Hahaha!!!

Yo Yo Yellow Birthday card

Happy Tuesday Peeps!

I still have plenty of the SU Yo Yo Yellow card stock (now retired) & thought I would make a card with it & I love how it came out! The yellow against the black gives it that extra punch. I had bought the yo yo yellow so I could make cards using the Bumble Bee stamp set from SU...so you will see lots of this color in the future. I made this card in different colors so I could have some extra birthday cards for my stash...ya never know when someone around here will need a birthday card. I will show you the other cards tomorrow.

Sympathy Card

Hi Everyone!

Well the morning was a little snowy...not much but now the sun is shinning & we hope to melt some of this snow today before the next storm on Saturday. Yep, you heard right, another storm...this really is the "Winter from Hell"!!! I thought I would brighten things up a little around here so I got me a NEW Valentine background to help cheer me up from the winter time blues...how do you like it, does it cheer you up too?

Well I needed to make a sympathy card for one of my loyal readers & friend who lost her mother recently & this is what I came up with, I sure hope she likes it & I hope I got to put a little smile on her face.

Now I'm off to make another birthday card & hopefully this weekend I can find the time to make my honey a valentine card. Have a great day!

Fancy Tags Frame Card

It's raining here today & it's helping to melt some of this snow a little but it may cause other problems tonight if it freezes...so we're not looking forward to that.

Fancy Tag Birthday Card

Hello peeps!

I know, I know it's been awhile...what can I say! I'm still here & I've been working on birthday cards. I needed to make a few or should I say a whole lot for this month & well I figured I might as well make a bunch to fill up my stash for when I need one while I'm organizing my craft room. I'm almost done with making the birthday cards so the next step (hopefully next week) is to move everything out of the room, give it a good cleaning & start moving in the cubes that I bought from Michael's & put together...ALL by myself I might add. That was a job in itself but I did 2 or 3 a day so I wouldn't get blisters on my delicate hands...hehehe!!! Then I will start putting things in their proper place & labeling each drawer. I have things that I don't use because I don't know that I have it & then I'm looking for things that I know I have but can't find them. Do you do that? I'd like to hear about it so leave me a comment.

This card was created after I saw what Gina K did with these Fancy Tags die from Spellbinders (which I have) over on Stamp TV. I luv the look of it & I made another one, the one that she shows in her video but I'll save that one for tomorrow's post. I used the SU Artistic Etchings stamp set, I think the sentiment came from SU Well Scripted set & the Paper is from one of the Basic Grey 6x6 pads.

It's snowing here yet again today & another storm with a bigger punch will be here tomorrow...you know what that means more SNOW, Uggggggh!!! We have about 3 inches so far this morning but we are closer to the coast so we won't be as hard hit as the northern part of the state closer to Boston...only about 45 minutes away, they are expected to get a heck of a lot more. We have allot but they have much more so I consider that lucky for us! Where is SPRING, I need warmer weather!!! Well that's it for today so have a great one! Thanks for stopping by.
